Woffy provides automated accessibility infrastructure for web applications, including compliance audits and automated remediation tools. Our platform helps organizations make their web applications accessible to all users.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
- Not use our services for any unlawful purposes
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Woffy and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Scanner Limitations & Disclaimer
By using this tool, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Woffy is designed to help you on your journey towards creating a more accessible web. It is intended as a starting point and educational resource to identify potential accessibility issues — not as a comprehensive audit or certification of compliance.
- Automated testing can only detect approximately 60-70% of potential accessibility issues. Many WCAG success criteria require human judgment and cannot be evaluated by automated tools. A passing score or low violation count does not guarantee compliance with WCAG 2.2, ADA, Section 508, or any other accessibility standard or law.
- Results from this scanner do not constitute legal advice. You should consult with accessibility experts and legal counsel to ensure full compliance. The scanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results.
- Automated scans should be supplemented with manual testing, assistive technology testing, and user testing with people with disabilities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woffy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
